ある。 １：型締シリンダ、１Ｄ：摺動孔、２：複動ク
ランピングラム、２Ａ：第１油室、２Ｂ：第２油
室、２Ｃ：油通路、２Ｅ：摺動孔、２Ｆ：シール
面、６：単動増圧ラム、７：サージ弁シリンダ部
、８：サージ弁プランジヤ、８Ｄ：シール面、１
１：補助シリンダ、１２：補助ピストン、１２Ａ
：ピストンロツド、１５：可動盤。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一端を型締シリンダに他端を固定盤に固定し型
    締力に対抗して緊張する複数本のタイバを設け該
    タイバに沿つて固定盤に近接又は離間可能な可動
    盤を設け該可動盤と固定盤との間で金型の開閉お
    よび圧締操作を行なうようにした型締装置におい
    て、型締シリンダに圧力密にして増圧時の必要ス
    トロークを往復動可能に複動クランピングラムを
    挿嵌し、該複動クランピングラムに設けた内孔油
    室に圧力密にして型開閉の必要ストロークを往復
    動可能に単動増圧ラムを挿嵌し、前記内孔油室に
    作動油の吸引・とじ込め又は開放を可能とするた
    めのサージ弁を設ける一方、型締シリンダに固定
    した複数本の補助シリンダに型開閉の必要ストロ
    ークを往復動可能に補助ピストンを挿嵌するとと
    もに、該補助ピストンのピストンロツドの先端と
    前記単動増圧ラムの先端をそれぞれ可動盤に固定
    したことを特徴とする型締装置。
