Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ワークが保持されるパレツトの連結具とピ
    ン係合されそのパレツトを工作機械のテーブルと
    該テーブル外のワーク着脱ステーシヨンとの間で
    移載するパレツトチエンジヤーの移載装置におい
    て、 前記パレツトの連結具とピン結合される連結具
    がピストンロツド先端に設けられた移載アシスト
    シリンダと、 駆動手段で駆動される無限軌道を有し、該無限
    軌道が前記移載アシストシリンダと連結され、無
    限軌道の運動により前記移載アシストシリンダを
    案内レールに沿つて搬送する搬送機構とを備え、 前記ワーク着脱ステーシヨンに設置され、前記
    移載アシストシリンダを伸長させた状態で、前記
    テーブル上のパレツトと係脱するようにしたこと
    を特徴とするパレツトチエンジヤーの移載装置。 (2) ワークが保持されるパレツトの連結具とピ
    ン係合されそのパレツトを工作機械のテーブルと
    該テーブル外のワーク着脱ステーシヨンとの間で
    移載するパレツトチエンジヤーの移載装置におい
    て、 前記パレツトの連結具とピン結合される連結具
    がピストンロツド先端に設けられた移載アシスト
    シリンダと、 この移載アシストシリンダのピストンロツド先
    端に設けられ、前記両連結具を連結するために前
    記ピンを駆動するピン着脱シリンダと、 駆動手段で駆動される無限軌道を有し、該無限
    軌道が前記移載アシストシリンダと連結され、無
    限軌道の運動により前記移載アシストシリンダを
    案内レールに沿つて搬送する搬送機構とを備え、 前記ワーク着脱ステーシヨンに設置され、前記
    移載アシストシリンダを伸長させた状態で、前記
    ピン着脱シリンダを駆動して前記テーブル上のパ
    レツトと係脱するようにしたことを特徴とするパ
    レツトチエンジヤーの移載装置。
