Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) パン生地を練るはね２を内部に取付けたパ
ン容器３と、はね２を回転させるモーター４と、
パン生地の焼成時に通電されるヒーター５と、ヒ
ーター５と前記のモーター４への通電を制御する
制御回路７とを夫々本体１内に設け、一方、容器
３内でパン生地を練り、発酵させ、かつ、焼成す
る一連のパン製造工程を自動的に行うものにおい
て、パン生地の練り、発酵及び焼成に亘る一連の
パン製造の自動工程プログラムの他に、パン生地
の練り、発酵及び焼成の各工程だけを個々に単独
で行うプログラムを前記の制御回路７に設けたこ
とを特徴とする自動製パン機。 (2) 前記のパン生地の練り、発酵及び焼成に亘
る一連のパン製造の自動工程と、パン生地の練り
、発酵及び焼成の各工程だけを個々に単独で行う
工程とを選択する選択スイツチ８と、選択スイツ
チ８によつて選択した夫々の工程を前記の制御回
路７を介してスタートさせるスタートスイツチ９
とを本体１の外側面に設けたことを特徴とする請
求項１記載の自動製パン機。
