Claims (1)
- 板状又は筒状の発熱体素材の上端縁および下端
縁より交互に上下方向のスリツトを設けてジグザ
グ周面を有する筒状発熱体に構成し、その両端を
電極に接続する端子部となした熱間静水圧加圧装
置の加熱装置において、前記筒状発熱体のジグザ
グ周面にサイドヒータに相当する高い部分と、ベ
ースヒータに相当する低い部分からなる上下方向
高低部を一体に形成せしめたことを特徴とする熱
間静水圧加圧装置の加熱装置。
