での拡大断面図である。 図において、1はリードフレーム、2はダイパ
ツド、3は中吊りピン、4はパツド、5はステツ
チ、6はワイヤ、7はICチツプを示す。なお、
図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- ワイヤボンド工程においてステツチボンドをす
る半導体装置用リードフレームの先端形状をパツ
ドとステツチ位置を結ぶ直線と平行となる形状、
またはこの形状より外側方向にリード幅が大きく
なる形状を有することを特徴とする半導体装置用
リードフレーム。
