- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 旋回可能に設置した旋回アームの先端の把持爪
で半導体ウエーハを支持した水平状態のウエーハ
ホルダを機械的に把持する半導体ウエーハの移送
装置において、 上記旋回アーム内で真空ポンプと連通し上記把
持爪の周辺まで延びて開口する吸引孔を有する吸
引機構を付設したことを特徴とする半導体ウエー
ハホルダの移送装置。
