- ロジツクアナライザに接続するコネクタと、一
端がプローブケーブルを介して前記コネクタに接
続し他端が複数の被測定ターゲツトに対応して接
続する複数のリード線を有するプローブポツドと
を含み前記ターゲツトに対応するチヤネルごとに
測定をするロジツクアナライザ用プローブにおい
て、前記プローブに吸盤を設けたことを特徴とす
るロジツクアナライザ用プローブ。
