Claims (1)
- 前部ホーン及び後部共振体により振動子のある
発振部を挾持し、前部ホーン先端のノズルから液
供給孔より供給される液体を霧化する超音波霧化
器において、前記発振部に厚さ０．７mm以下の振
動子と厚さ０．２mm以下の電極板とを交互に多数
積層してなる超音波霧化器。
