Claims (1)
- ピンチバルブを介してホツパの下部に接続され
、かつ上部円筒部と中部円錐部と下部円筒部とで
中空外筒体を構成し、一方上部傘部と下部円筒部
とで中空内筒体を構成し、外筒体の円錐部底部を
多孔板で仕切ると共にその下部円筒部がガイドを
設け、内筒体の円筒部を前記多孔板とガイドとを
貫通して延在させ、内筒体の上部傘部底面に少な
くとも１個のエア抜孔を穿設して構成される粉体
供給シユータで粉体を充填する手段と、中空成形
用ゴム型とその上下開口端を開閉自在に自動嵌封
するトツプカバーおよびボトムカバーとからなる
粉体充填圧縮成形処理室に粉体を充填後自動的に
中心軸線方向の圧力を支持するヨークフレームで
挾持しかつ側面方向から液体圧力媒体を介して加
圧して自動的に圧縮成形処理を行う手段と、粉体
成形品を圧縮成形処理室から装置外に自動的に搬
出する手段とからなり、前記粉体供給シユータを
前記トツプカバーの開閉に調時して上下方向に移
動自在に設けたことを特徴とする全自動乾式粉体
成形装置。
