Claims (1)
- 半導体素子をマウント搭載するアイランドとワ
イヤーボンデイング部を有するインナーリードと
外部端子を有するアウターリードとがリードフレ
ーム枠及びタイバー部にて連結されて成るリード
フレームにおいてリードフレーム幅方向について
はリードフレーム中央線を基準としてリードフレ
ーム枠上の両側の位置に、かつ長手方向について
はアイランドセンターを基準にして非対称なるリ
ードフレーム枠上の位置に複数の穴もしくはマー
クの被検出位置を設定し、少くとも１個の穴もし
くはマークを具備していることを特徴とする半導
体用リードフレーム。
