Claims (1)
- 照射したレーザ光の反射光をスポツト化して受
光しスポツトの移動により板厚の変位を検出する
ようにしてある光学式変位センサを、圧延機通板
ラインの上下部に、該通板ラインと直交する方向
に移動可能に対向配置し、且つ該各変位センサか
らの検出信号と変位センサ移動量とに基づいて幅
方向板厚分布を求める演算装置を備えてなること
を特徴とする板厚分布測定装置。
