Claims (1)
- 超音波の持つ振動エルネギーにて弾性体を励振
させその進行波によつて椀状ロータを回転させる
超音波モータであつて、前記ロータ側と固定部側
との間でかつロータの椀状内方にロータの回転量
を検出する回転検出機構を設置したことを特徴と
する超音波モータ。
