Claims (1)
- 炉壁により画成され、所定の濃度の酸素を含有
する不活性ガスが導入されるとともに不活性ガス
を加熱するヒータおよび酸化され易い物質を収納
する予熱室と、炉壁により画成され、ガラスプレ
ス成形用金型を収納する成形室と、成形室に開口
する流入口を有し、予熱室に連通して該予熱室の
不活性ガスを成形室に供給する風道と、風道の流
入口に設けられ、成形室に供給される不活性ガス
の温度を検出する温度センサと、を備え、前記酸
化され易い物質が加熱された不活性ガス中の酸素
と反応し、該ガス中の酸素の濃度を低下させると
ともに温度センサの検出温度に基づいてヒータを
制御し、成形室に一定温度の不活性ガスを供給す
るようにしたことを特徴とするガラスプレス成形
装置。
