Claims (1)
- 内部に対象物を加熱するためのヒータを有する
加熱チヤンバと、上記加熱チヤンバ内において上
記対象物に接触してこの対象物の温度を検出する
温度センサと、この温度センサの検出信号を受け
上記ヒータの出力を制御し上記対象物を所定の温
度に設定する制御手段とを具備したことを特徴と
するスパツタリング装置。
