Claims (1)
- 加熱室内におけるシート送導通路と対面する部
位に配設された輻射器と、輻射器に形成された熱
媒体通路への熱媒体送給量を調節する制御弁とを
備えた加熱装置において、前記シート送導通路を
通過するシート状基材の温度を測定する温度セン
サーと、温度センサーの測定信号に基づいて前記
制御弁を操作する温度制御器とを備えたことを特
徴とするシート状基材用加熱装置。
