Claims (1)
- 薄い水晶坂内のフレームに、連結部により多数
個整列して連装された圧電振動子から成り、フオ
トリソグラフイー加工により成形される圧電振動
子ウエハにおいて前記圧電振動子と前記フレーム
を連結する前記連結部の両側面に鋭角状の切欠き
を設け、かつ鋭角状の先端と先端が非対称となる
位置に設けたことを特徴とする圧電振動子ウエハ
。
