Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 発熱する電気素子と基板との間に位置する
放熱シートにおいて、シート部材表面にダイヤモ
ンド膜をコーテイングしたことを特徴とする放熱
シート。 (2) 前記シート部材として銅、タングステン、
ケイ素、炭化ケイ素、もしくは、ダイヤモンド焼
結体を用いたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の放
熱シート。
