Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体ウエーハを第１の移送速度でベルト搬送
する第１の搬送ラインと、第１の搬送ラインに連
設され、その第１の搬送ラインから半導体ウエー
ハを移し替えて第２の移送速度でベルト搬送する
第２の搬送ラインとからなる半導体ウエーハ搬送
装置において、 上記第１及び第２の各搬送ラインは、内外周部
の上下方向略中間部位に幅狭部を有する単一の無
端状ベルトをプーリーに纏掛け、そのプーリー間
に配置した中間プーリーで上記ベルトの内周部を
幅狭部で抱持して屈曲させることにより形成され
る水平部と傾斜部とを具備し、第１、第２の各傾
斜部の頂端部同士を近接配置したことを特徴とす
る半導体ウエーハ搬送装置。
