Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 デイジタル信号をメモリに採取し、その信号波
    形をＣＲＴ画面に表示するなどして信号波形の観
    測あるいは解析を行うことができるように構成さ
    れたロジツクアナライザにおいて、 捜し出すデータが設定されるデータレジスタと
    、 このデータレジスタの設定データとメモリから
    読み出されたデータとの一致を検出するコンパレ
    ータと、 前記メモリからデータを読み出す際のアドレス
    を出力すると共に、前記コンパレータで一致が検
    出されなかつた場合にはアドレスを次のアドレス
    に更新するように構成されたアドレスレジスタと
    、 前記コンパレータで一致が検出された場合、そ
    のとき指定しているメモリのアドレスを記憶して
    おく目的アドレスレジスタ を具備し、捜し出すデータが存在するメモリの
    アドレスを自動的に求めることができるようにし
    たことを特徴とするデータ検出機能付ロジツクア
    ナライザ。
