Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 両端が閉塞され、かつ内部に左右２個のピ
ストンを有する左右２本のシリンダーを、相互間
に若干の間隙を設けて同軸的に配設し、前記両シ
リンダーにおける右側のピストン同士と左側のピ
ストン同士を、連杆をもつて連結するとともに、
各連杆の一部を出力軸と連係し、かつ各シリンダ
ーにおける左右ピストンの間および左右ピストン
の外側方へ、加圧流体を選択的に送入しうるよう
にしてなるロータリーアクチユエータ。 (2) 各連杆の一部を出力軸と連係する手段が、
出力軸に固着され、かつ出力軸の中心軸線と直角
をなす方向に延出するレバーと、各連杆の一部に
突設され、かつ前記レバーに穿設したレバーの長
手方向を向く長孔に係合するピンとからなる請求
項(1)記載のロータリーアクチユエータ。 (3) 各連杆の一部を出力軸と連係する手段が、
出力軸に固嵌したピニオンと、各連杆の一部に設
けられ、かつ前記ピニオンと噛合するラツクとか
らなる請求項(1)記載のロータリーアクチユエー
タ。
