- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) アーク放電により溶融・蒸発するカソード
と、このカソードの周囲に配設したカソードシー
ルドとを備えた真空アーク蒸着用蒸発源において
、 前記カソードが強磁性体であり、かつ前記カソ
ードシールドがカソード同材質からなる真空アー
ク蒸着用蒸発源。 (2) アーク放電により溶融・蒸発するカソード
と、このカソードの周囲に配設したカソードシー
ルドとを備えた真空アーク蒸着用蒸発源において
、 前記カソードが常磁性体または非磁性体であり
、かつ前記カソードシールドが強磁性体からなる
とともに、このカソードシールドにおける前記カ
ソードの蒸発面と同じ側の表面を前記カソードと
同材質の被覆材で被覆した真空アーク蒸着用蒸発
源。
