Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 負荷に設定電圧を印加して該負荷に流れる電流
    を測定する電圧印加電流測定回路において、第１
    のオペアンプの非反転入力端子に上記設定電圧を
    接続し、該オペアンプの出力端子からダイオード
    接続した第１のトランジスタを経て一端を接地し
    た上記負荷に電流を流すよう構成した電流回路、 上記第１のトランジスタと上記負荷との接続点
    の電圧を上記第１のオペアンプの反転入力端子に
    接続し、上記負荷に加えられる電圧がほぼ等しく
    なるよう制御するフイードバツク回路、 上記第１のトランジスタに対するカレントミラ
    ーを構成し、上記第１のトランジスタに流れる電
    流とほぼ同一の電流が流れる第２のトランジスタ
    、 第２のオペアンプの反転入力端子に上記第２の
    トランジスタの電流出力端子を接続し、該第２の
    オペアンプの非反転入力端子を接地し、該第２の
    オペアンプの出力端子と上記反転入力端子との間
    に所定抵抗値の抵抗を接続して構成した電流電圧
    変換回路を備えたことを特徴とする電圧印加電流
    測定回路。
