Claims (1)
- 複数の電子素子のそれぞれに接続される出力端
子を備え、前記各出力端子には論理回路などによ
り制御されるそれぞれの出力トランジスタを介し
て電源が供給される半導体集積回路装置において
、前記出力端子に電源を供給する電源ライン又は
前記出力端子からの電流を流すグランドラインは
前記論理回路など他の部分のメタル層とは異なる
層のメタル層により形成され、かつ、チツプ上で
大面積を占めていることを特徴とする定電流駆動
用半導体集積回路装置。
