- セラミツクあるいはガラス容器に封入された小
型圧電振動子の気密封止をハンダ封止材を介して
蓋を封止するものにおいて、前記ハンダ封止材を
前記容器のシール部と蓋のシール部にハンダメツ
キをした構造としたことを特徴とする小型圧電振
動子容器のシール部の構造。
