Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 基板上に強磁性体膜からなる第１及び第２の
    磁気抵抗ストライプを形成し、この第１及び第２
    の磁気抵抗ストライプの電流通路を互いに直列に
    接続してなる磁気抵抗素子において、上記基板の
    面に略平行な磁場成分を有する磁石体を上記第１
    及び第２の磁気抵抗ストライプ近傍に配置し、上
    記磁石体の上記第１及び第２の磁気抵抗ストライ
    プに対向された磁極の中心を通り上記基板面に略
    平行な法線を基準線としたとき、上記第１の磁気
    抵抗ストライプは上記基準線に対して所定の角度
    δ傾斜して形成されていると共に、上記第２の磁
    気抵抗ストライプは上記基準線に対してδ＋９０
    度傾斜して形成されていることを特徴とする磁気
    抵抗素子。 ２ 請求項１記載の磁気抵抗素子において、所定
    の角度δが１５〜２５度に設定されていることを
    特徴とする磁気抵抗素子。
