Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 軸芯を中心として回転するウエハの外周に沿つ
て複数の面取砥石を配置し、 各面取砥石には、ウエハの上面角部を研削する
ための上研削面と、この上研削面とは異なる傾斜
角であつてウエハの下面角部を研削するための下
研削面とを設け、 かつ各面取砥石には、各面取砥石を選択的に上
下方向に移動させて、面取砥石を上方に移動させ
たときにその下面角部をウエハの下面角部の研削
位置まで移動させ、また面取砥石を下方に移動さ
せたときにその上面角部をウエハの上面角部の研
削位置まで移動させる移動手段を備えてなること
を特徴とするウエハの面取装置。
