    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁基板の表面に、複数個の電子部品を装着す
    る一方、前記絶縁基板における端縁に、前記各電
    子部品に電気的に接続した複数個の外部端子を固
    着して成る集積回路装置において、前記外部端子
    のうち少なくとも一対の外部端子には、その基端
    に、前記絶縁基板の表面からの立上り片を各々形
    成し、この両立上り片の間に電子部品を装填する
    ことを特徴とする集積回路装置。
