  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) (a) 基板１１上に多数の単独電極１２がと
    り付けられていること、 (b) 単独電極１２上に大面積のａ―Ｓｉ：Ｈ
    層１３がとり付けられていること、 (c) ａ―Ｓｉ：Ｈ層１３の上に共通の大面積
    集合電極１４がとり付けられていること、 (d) 光ビーム６が集合電極１４上を動き、各
    位置において単独電極１２と集合電極１４との間
    の感光装置１の特定の組合わせを励起すること、 (e) 感光装置の出力信号が光ビーム６の位置
    を特徴づける情報を構成すること を特徴とするデイジタル変位送信器。 (2) 相補装置内の感光装置の画素が構造化され
    ていることを特徴とする請求項１記載のデイジタ
    ル変位送信器。
