Claims (1)
- 第１及び第２の検出ヘツドをシート状物体を挾
んで対向配置し、これら検出ヘツドをこの物体の
幅方向に往復走行させ前記シート状物体の厚さを
測定する赤外線厚み計において、Ｐ偏光を偏波面
光フアイバで導き前記第１の検出ヘツドより前記
シート状物体にブリユースタ角で入射させ、透過
光を前記第２の検出ヘツドに設けた鏡で反射させ
、再度シート状物体を透過させ透過光を偏波面光
フアイバで前記第１の検出ヘツド内に設けた光検
出器に導くようにすると共に、前記第１の検出ヘ
ツド内に標準サンプルを設け、この標準サンプル
に偏波面光フアイバで導かれたＰ偏光をブリユー
スタ角で入射させ、前記シート状物体と同じ状態
で測定を行い、この標準サンプルを透過した透過
光を偏波面光フアイバで前記光検出器に導き、前
記シート状物体を透過した光と前記標準サンプル
を透過した光とを干渉させ干渉縞から前記シート
状物体の厚さを求めるようにした赤外線厚さ計。
