図はエンジン暖機の一実施例構成、第８図，
は水温に対するヒータへの電源供給時間付与説明
図、第９図，は第７図のタイムチヤート、第
１０図は本考案の車用リレー接点の溶着警報回路
装置が使用されている暖機制御部の具体的回路の
一実施例構成を示している。 図中、１はリレー駆動回路、２はリレー、３は
リレー接点溶着検出回路、４はランプ点灯回路、
５はヒータ、８，１０はランプ、１６は発振回路
、２５はスタータ・スイツチ、２６はバツテリ、
２７は暖機制御部、２８は水温センサ、２９，３
０はリレー、３１，３２はヒータ、３３，３４は
ランプである。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) エンジン始動前にリレーを付勢してヒータ
に電源を供給すると共に、ヒータへ電源を供給し
ている間ヒータ作動ランプを点灯させてエンジン
の暖機を行うデイーゼル・エンジンの予熱装置に
おいて、 上記リレーを付勢するリレー・ドライブ信号と
リレーのヒータ側接点から得られる電圧とを基に
、リレー接点の溶着を検出するリレー接点溶着検
出回路と、 該リレー接点溶着検出回路がリレー接点の溶着
を検出したとき溶着警報ランプを点灯させるラン
プ点灯回路 とを備え、エンジン始動前のエンジン暖機に使
用されるリレー接点の溶着を警報するようにした
ことを特徴とする車用リレー接点の溶着警報回路
装置。 (2) エンジン始動前にリレーを付勢してヒータ
に電源を供給すると共に、ヒータへ電源を供給し
ている間ヒータ作動ランプを点灯させてエンジン
の暖機を行うデイーゼル・エンジンの予熱装置に
おいて、 上記リレーを付勢するリレー・ドライブ信号と
リレーのヒータ側接点から得られる電圧とを基に
、リレー接点の溶着を検出するリレー接点溶着検
出回路と、 該リレー接点溶着検出回路の検出信号をトリガ
にしてパルス信号を発生させるパルス発振回路と
、 上記ヒータへ電源を供給している間ヒータ作動
ランプを点灯させるランプ点灯回路に、該パルス
発振回路からのパルス信号とヒータ作動ランプを
点灯させるリレー・ド ライブ信号とのオアをと
るオア回路 とを設け、パルス発振回路からのパルス信号に
基づくヒータ作動ランプの点滅で、エンジン始動
前のエンジン暖機に使用されるリレー接点の溶着
を警報するようにしたことを特徴とする車用リレ
ー接点の溶着警報回路装置。
