第１図は、この考案の一実施例を示す赤外線検
出装置の断面図、第２図はこの考案の一実施例が
作用している状態を示す赤外線検出装置の断面図
、第３図は従来の赤外線検出装置を示す断面図で
ある。 図において、１は赤外線検知素子、２は赤外線
検出器、３はノズル、４は第１のパイプ、５は断
熱糸、６は円柱体、７は第２のパイプ、８は噴流
、９は変形棒である。なお、図中同一符号は同一
または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 赤外線検知素子を内部に搭載する二重円筒構造
をした赤外線検出器と、上記赤外線検出素子を極
低温に冷却するためのジユールトムソン効果を利
用した冷却装置を備えた赤外線検出装置において
上記赤外線検出器の上記冷却装置から吹き出す噴
流が衝突する部分に設置された、ある温度に達す
ると変形する性質を持つ棒が、上記噴流の温度が
ある温度に達したときに変形し、上記噴流を拡散
させる構造を持つことを特徴とする赤外線検出装
置。
