Claims (1)
- 赤外線検知素子を内部に搭載する二重筒構造を
した赤外線検出器と、上記赤外線検知素子を極低
温に冷却するためのジユールトムソン効果を利用
した冷却装置とを備えた赤外線検出装置において
、温度によつて変形する性質を持つノズルが、あ
る温度に達したときに、その断面を変形させ噴流
の量を変化させる構造を持つことを特徴とする赤
外線検出装置。
