Claims (1)
- 磁気軸受によつて回転駆動軸を支えられた圧縮
機において、前記磁気軸受の変位センサ出力又は
制御電流を検出する検出手段と、同検出手段から
の検出値と設定値とを比較してサージング現象を
検知する比較手段と、同比較手段からの指令によ
り作動されるサージング保安手段とからなること
を特徴とする磁気軸受を有する圧縮機のサージン
グ保安装置。
