Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 霧化頭１を有する静電塗装機に短い塗料チユー
    ブ５を介して連結されたマニホールド４に、第一
    の色替バルブ装置２と第二の色替バルブ装置３か
    ら供給される各色塗料を夫々前記塗装機に送給す
    る流出路と、前記両色替バルブ装置２，３から供
    給される高圧洗浄エア及び高圧洗浄溶剤を夫々排
    液タンク８に排出する流出路とを切り換えする第
    一の切換バルブ９と第二の切換バルブ１０が設け
    られると共に、当該マニホールド４内に洗浄エア
    と洗浄溶剤を供給する洗浄バルブ１１，１２が設
    けられた多色静電塗装装置の色替洗浄装置におい
    て、前記洗浄バルブ１１，１２が、高圧洗浄エア
    と高圧洗浄溶剤の供給源に接続されると共に、前
    記塗料チユーブ５に、前記マニホールド４内を通
    じて供給される各色塗料を前記塗装機に送給する
    流出路と、前記マニホールド４内から供給される
    高圧洗浄エアと高圧洗浄溶剤を排液タンク８に排
    出する流出路とを切り換えする第三の切換バルブ
    １５が設けられたマニホールド１６が介装され、
    当該マニホールド１６には、低圧洗浄エアと低圧
    洗浄溶剤を供給する洗浄バルブ１７が設けられ、
    当該洗浄バルブ１７の低圧洗浄溶剤流出口１８が
    前記第三の切換バルブ１５の塗料流出口１９と対
    峙して配されていることを特徴とする多色静電塗
    装装置の色替洗浄装置。
