Claims (1)
- 長尺の第１の基板上には長手方向に沿つて機能
素子チツプが配列されて搭載されているとともに
、機能素子につながる導体パターンが形成されて
おり、前記導体パターンにはフイルムベースに導
体パターンをもつ駆動用の第２の基板が接触させ
られ、第１の基板上には前記機能素子チツプを気
密封止する封止部材が固着され、この封止部材の
一部が第２の基板を第１の基板に圧接している長
尺電子装置。
