Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 可撓性を有する支柱の先端にコンタクト部材を
    伸長方向に弾性的に付勢して縮退可能に取付けた
    多数のプローブピンを、所定の間隔でほぼ垂直に
    植設したピンボードと、このピンボードに植設さ
    れた多数のプローブピンにそれぞれ対応する位置
    に下端を開口しかつプローブピンの長さより若干
    短く形成したガイド孔を有するガイド部材とを備
    え、このガイド部材の前記ガイド孔のうち特定の
    複数のガイド孔を上面側に貫通させ、他のガイド
    孔を非貫通状態に形成するとともに、上面側へ貫
    通させた前記ガイド孔を、必要に応じて曲線状に
    形成してその上端の開口位置を下端の開口位置の
    垂直方向上方から偏位させてあることを特徴とす
    る実装基板テスト治具。
