Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シリンダ中の流路筒内に、弁ロツドを収容する
とともに、ピストンを該流路筒に摺動自在に取付
け、そして筒形の交互極性複層磁石を該弁ロツド
にかつ小径環状の交互極性複層磁石を該ピストン
に各々対向して備えてなり、外部エア加圧による
該ピストンの反復摺動により該弁ロツドを流路筒
内で反復運動させることにより、流路筒先端側の
流体出口を開閉する磁気作動式自動バルブにおい
て、 シリンダの外側周囲に、バルブ動作検知室をシ
リンダ内部と隔絶して設け、大径環状の磁石を該
検知室の中に前記小径環状の複層磁石と対向して
摺動自在に収容するとともに、光フアイバーを該
磁石の反復摺動を検知すべく前記検知室の内部に
臨むように取付けてなることを特徴とする自動バ
ルブ。
