- 絶縁フイルムに穿設した透孔内に導電パターン
を延在させてインナーリードを形成し、上記透孔
内に配置した半導体ペレツトのバンプ電極とイン
ナーリードとを熱圧着したＴＡＢリード型半導体
装置において、上記半導体ペレツトのバンプ電極
外方のインナーリードと重合する位置にサブバン
プ電極をバンプ電極と一体に形成したことを特徴
とするＴＡＢリード型半導体装置。
