- 半導体基板に不純物拡散を行う際または半導体
基板に熱酸化などの熱処理を行う際に半導体基板
を保持する保持台であつて、半導体基板を保持す
る保持溝が形成された石英管内に、温度測定用の
熱電対を配置した半導体基板の保持台。
