Claims (1)
- 半導体装置製造に用いウエーハを載置するトレ
ーに、ウエーハを真空吸着する吸着ノズル穴を有
し、上記吸着ノズル穴の一端に真空吸着部とのみ
接触して真空吸着を行わせる接触口を設けたウエ
ーハ吸着治具を嵌入させたことを特徴とするウエ
ーハ搬送機構。
