体式フアン・カツプリング装置の一部切欠き縦断
面図、第２図イ及びロは夫々第１図の本考案の要
部に係る流出調整孔附近での拡大による一部の切
欠き断面図及び第２図イの上面図、第３図は他の
実施例の第２図イ相当図、第４図、第５図及び第
６図はそれぞれ他の実施例を示す同上第２図相当
図、第７図は従来例を示す流出調整孔附近の拡大
による一部の切欠き断面図、第８図は第７図の上
面図である。 ５……仕切板、５′……流出調整孔、８……弁
部材、１４……磁石手段。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 先端部に駆動デイスクを固着した回転軸体
    上に軸受を介して支承され、且つ外周部に冷却フ
    アンを取付けたケースとカバーとからなる密封器
    匣の内部を、油の流出調整孔を有する仕切板によ
    り油溜り室と前記駆動デイスクを内装するトルク
    伝達室とに区劃し、回転時の油の集溜する駆動デ
    イスクの外周側壁面に対向する密封器匣側の内周
    側壁面の一部にダムと、該ダムに連つてトルク伝
    達室側から油溜り室側に通ずる循環流通路を形成
    すると共に、油溜り室側に位置してその一端を仕
    切板上に固定し、他端側で外部周囲の温度が設定
    値を越えると前記仕切板の流出調整孔を開放し、
    設定値以下では閉鎖する弁部材を、前記カバーの
    前面に設けた感温体の温度変化に伴う変形に連動
    するように内部に備え、駆動デイスクとなす前記
    ケース及びカバーとの外方附近の対向壁面に設け
    たトルク伝達間隙部での油の有効接触面積を増減
    させて、駆動側の回転軸体側から被駆動側の密封
    器匣側へのトルク伝達を制御するようにしてなる
    フアン・カツプリング装置において、前記流出調
    整孔５′部に対向する弁部材８を開放方向に付勢
    する磁石手段１４を設けて構成したことを特徴と
    する温度感応型流体式フアン・カツプリング装置
    。 (2) 請求項１記載において、前記磁石手段１４
    は流出調整孔５′部附近にあつて仕切板５側と相
    互に反発して開放方向に付勢することを特徴とす
    る温度感応型流体式フアン・カツプリグ装置。 (3) 請求項１記載において、前記磁石手段１４
    は流出調整孔５′部附近にあつて仕切板５側、も
    しくは弁部材８側と相互に吸引して開放方向に付
    勢することを特徴とする温度感応型流体式フアン
    ・カツプリング装置。 (4) 請求項１記載において、前記流出調整孔５
    ′部附近又はこれに対向する弁部材８の部分の閉
    弁側の少くとも一方側に設けられた磁石手段１４
    はゴム磁石又は樹脂磁石で構成されることを特徴
    とする温度感応型流体式フアン・カツプリング装
    置。
