Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 反応管が実質的に垂直に配設されている縦
型半導体熱処理装置において、前記反応管内に燃
焼ガスを導入する導入管のガス噴出端部が火炎を
小さくするように２以上のオリフイスに分割され
、且つ片側から噴出させるようにしたことを特徴
とする縦型半導体熱処理装置の燃焼ガス導入管。 (2) オリフイスが１０〜６０゜の角度をもつて
傾斜し、且つその先端が所定の位置に指向する構
成にした請求項(1)記載の縦型半導体熱処理装置
の燃焼ガス導入管。 (3) 燃焼を助成するガス導入管が所定の湾曲部
を有する請求項(1)記載の縦型半導体熱処理装置
の燃焼ガス導入管。
