ンサ、６…制御回路、７…温度調節計、２Ａ，３
Ａ，４Ａ…開閉回路、２Ｂ，３Ｂ，４Ｂ…分岐路

Claims (1)
- 射出成形機において原料を溶融するための加熱
筒を複数の加熱ゾーンに分割し、前記各ゾーンに
それぞれ温度を検出する温度センサと複数のヒー
タとを設け、前記各ゾーンに於ける複数のヒータ
の温度を制御するそれぞれの制御回路に、前記温
度センサからの出力が設定下限値より低い時に閉
となる常開接点ＡＴＣ−１と、設定下限値より高
い時に前記常開接点ＡＴＣ−１と共に閉となる常
開接点ＡＴＣ−２とを備えた温度調節計と、前記
常開接点ＡＴＣ−１が閉となる時励磁される常開
接点ｒ１ を備えたリレーＲ１と、常開接点ＡＴＣ
−２が閉となる時励磁される常接および常開の各
接点２，ｒ２ を備えたリレーＲ２とをそれぞれ
設け、且つ前記複数のヒータの一方の端子と一方
の電源とを接続するための開閉回路を互いに並列
に設け、該開閉回路にはそれぞれ一方の電源側か
らリレーＲ１の常開接点ｒ１ とリレーＲ２常接接
点２を直列に設けると共に、リレーＲ２常開接
点ｒ２ と前記複数のヒータのそれぞれに印加され
る電圧を調節する電力調整器を直列に接続した分
岐回路を、それぞれの開閉回路に常接接点２を
迂回して並列に接続して設けたことを特徴とする
射出成形機における加熱筒の加熱制御装置。
