- イオン注入装置等において複数枚のウエハを所
定位置に保持するための保持具であつて、デイス
ク台と、そのデイスク台の複数個所に着脱自在に
装着され、かつ、保持すべき各ウエハを上記デイ
スク台上に位置決めするための部材を有するウエ
ハ台を備えていることを特徴とする、ウエハ保持
具。
