成形装置を示す断面図、第３図は従来の成形装置
を示す断面図である。 図において、１は材料タンク、１ａは開口、２
は樹脂、３および４は撹拌手段としてのそれぞれ
羽根およびモータ、８は金型、９は型内、１０は
ランナー、１１は注入ノズル、１２は操作部、１
３は材料供給ホース、１４はシリンダ、１６はパ
ツキン、１７はピストン、１８はボルト、１９は
回り止め付シリンダである。なお、各図中同一符
号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 成形材料としての樹脂を内部に収容し上記樹脂
    を金型の型内へ払出すための開口をその底部に設
    けた材料タンク、この材料タンク内の樹脂を撹拌
    する撹拌手段、および上記開口の下方に設けられ
    た上記型内への樹脂の払出し量を調整する切換弁
    を備えた成形装置において、 上記切換弁は、上記開口から下方へ延在するシ
    リンダと、このシリンダから分岐して形成され上
    記材料タンクの開口からシリンダ内を経て送出さ
    れた樹脂を上記型内へ導く樹脂払出し口と、上記
    シリンダ内を昇降して上記払出し口を開閉するピ
    ストンと、このピストンの上端にボルトにより取
    り付けられピストンの上昇位置で前記開口を閉じ
    るようになしたパツキンとからなる ことを特徴とする成形装置。
