Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一端部が基板に電気接続されるとともに、他端
    部が、複数の電線を１列に並べた状態で束ねてな
    る電線束の各電線に電気接続される複数のコンタ
    クトと、 一側壁に、前記コンタクトを１列に並べた状態
    で支持する支持部が形成されるとともに、前記一
    側壁と対向する他側壁に、前記電線束を挿入する
    挿入孔が形成され、前記一側壁および前記他側壁
    間に、前記コンタクトの前記他端部を収容する収
    容室が形成されたハウジングとを備えてなり、 前記ハウジングの前記挿入孔から前記収容室内
    に挿入される前記電線束の各電線を、前記各コン
    タクトの他端部に該コンタクトと上下に重なるよ
    うにして押圧接触させることにより、前記各電線
    と前記各コンタクトとを電気接続させるように構
    成された電気コネクタにおいて、 前記ハウジングの上壁に、前記各コンタクトが
    延びる方向と略直交する方向に延びる補強用金属
    部材が埋設され、この補強用金属部材の両端部に
    、該補強用金属部材を前記基板に固着するための
    折曲げ部が延長形成されていることを特徴とする
    電気コネクタ。
