- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 吸着孔を有する吸着ピンと、前記吸着ピンの周
囲に吸着ピンとほぼ同じ高さで配置した多数個の
支持体とからなるウエーハ支持部を、多行多列に
亘り上面に凸設した上板と、 前記上板より離隔して空間を介して配置した下
板と、 凹部を上記吸着ピンの吸着孔と連通させて前記
空間内に配設し、かつ、上板と下板とに密着可能
に固定した吸盤と、 上板と下板との間隔を拡縮して吸盤を変形させ
る変換機構とを具備したことを特徴とする半導体
ウエーハの搬送用トレー。
