Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 炉体と、炉体内部に配置されたヒータおよび
ヒータを取り囲む断熱材と、炉体の外側に設けら
れた冷却ジヤケツトとを有し、溶接により接合さ
れた部分が冷却ジヤケツトの外側に位置すること
を特徴とする加熱炉装置。 ２ 前記冷却ジヤケツトにより１００℃以下に冷
却された部分が溶接により接合されていることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
加熱炉装置。 ３ 前記チヤンバ、フランジおよび溶接により接
合された部分が不銹鋼で形成されていることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の加
熱炉装置。
