縁材、１２……高ヤング率絶縁材。

Claims (1)
- 圧電板と金属電極板を交互に積層し、得られる
積層体の外周部にて金属電極板の延長突起部を外
部電極で接続し、かつ積層体の外周部を絶縁コー
テイング材で被覆した圧電積層体において、内部
電極のヤング率を２００００Kgｆ／mm2以上とし
、外周絶縁コーテイング材のヤング率を０．４Kg
ｆ／mm2以下とし、かつ積層体の外周に絶縁性補
強材を配置するか又は高ヤング率絶縁材で上記低
ヤング率絶縁コーテイング材を包囲して補強した
ことを特徴とする圧電積層体。
