ユニツト５を装備してなる冷却装置であつて、 一方の端部にパツキン部１ｂが形成され、他方
の端部にリツプ部１ｄが形成されてなる両端面解
放型の本体部１と、前記パツキン部１ｂと前記冷
却水循環プレート１１とを接続するフランジ部２
と、前記クリツプ部１ｄと発熱体２０のヒートシ
ンク１８とを接続する結合部３と、によつて冷却
ユニツト５を構成してなることを特徴とする冷却
装置。
